At All Beauty Supplies, our goal is to provide you with a beautiful shopping experience from start to finish. In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong order or that your purchase arrives damaged or defective, we will be happy to help you with a return.
Simply call our customer service center at 1-888-883-5860 or email your request to customerservice@dcbeautysalon.com and a member of our staff will instruct you on the easiest way to return the product.
To maintain the quality of our products, All Beauty Supplies does not accept returns on opened beauty supplies. However, if you are unsatisfied with a product before it is opened, we would be happy to accept your return within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the product.

Please contact our customer service center to receive a return authorization number before returning your product. In some cases, a small restocking fee may apply. A credit for the price of the product minus shipping and restocking fees will be applied to your account within 2 (two) weeks. It’s that simple!
*NOTE: Alaska Glacial Mud and Soy Works Candle Company Products may only be returned in the case of damages.
